That has given me a close-up view of how businesses really work day-to-day. Good ideas delayed because everyone is busy. Campaigns started strongly, then were pushed aside by more urgent priorities. Founders carrying the weight of growth, people and decisions all at once. Agencies doing strong work while juggling multiple demands. In-house teams stretched thin, but still expected to keep everything moving.

After a while, you start to recognise the same pinch points appearing in different forms.
